BOOKING POLICY
At Pemberton Beauty | Skin | Wellness, each appointment is reserved especially for you. To ensure we can provide the highest level of care and respect everyone’s time, the following booking policy applies to all appointments.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellations and No Shows
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee, as we are unable to refill the appointment at short notice.
Late Arrivals
Appointments are scheduled back to back.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no show, and the full appointment fee will apply.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are treated as payment once an appointment is booked.
Cancellations within 48 hours, no shows, or late arrivals classed as no shows will result in the voucher being considered redeemed.
Agreement
By booking an appointment with Pemberton Beauty | Skin | Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to this booking policy.
